This notice is provided by Forcell as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and Articles 13–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for personal data processed through the Koza mobile application (“App”). It complements the Privacy Policy.

3. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Data is collected electronically through the App: the information you enter, the content you create and the technical data generated automatically by your device and the SDKs the App uses. The legal bases are:
- KVKK Art. 6(2) / GDPR Art. 9(2)(a): explicit consent for health data.
- KVKK Art. 5(1) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a): consent for personalised advertising and, where required, analytics.
- KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): processing necessary to perform the contract (providing the App and purchases).
- KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(c): compliance with legal obligations.
- KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, debugging).
4. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the App’s features and keeping your records.
- Creating and managing your account; syncing data.
- Operating and moderating community features.
- Delivering and verifying purchases and subscriptions.
- Security, error detection and service improvement.
- Responding to support requests and fulfilling legal obligations.
5. Recipients and International Transfers
Personal data is transferred only to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, purchase validation, app stores and, where applicable, advertising) and to authorised public bodies when legally required. Because some providers operate abroad, data may be transferred outside Türkiye and the EEA under KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V, relying on your explicit consent where required and on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above: on-device data until you delete it; server data until you delete your account or content (requests completed within 30 days); purchase records for the statutory tax and accounting period in anonymised form.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Arts. 15–22)
- to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with it;
- to know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data is transferred;
- to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- to request erasure or destruction under KVKK Article 7;
- to request that corrections and erasures be notified to recipients;
- to object to a result produced by exclusively automated analysis;
- to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing;
- to withdraw consent at any time and to data portability (GDPR).
8. How to Apply
Send your request to forcellmobileapps@gmail.com with the subject “KVKK request — Koza”, stating your name, the e-mail address used in the App and the right you wish to exercise. Under KVKK Article 13 we respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected or not answered, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

3. Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebep
Veriler Uygulama üzerinden elektronik ortamda toplanır: girdiğiniz bilgiler, oluşturduğunuz içerikler ve cihazınız ile Uygulamanın kullandığı SDK’ler tarafından otomatik üretilen teknik veriler. Hukuki sebepler şunlardır:
- KVKK m. 6/2 ve GDPR m. 9/2(a): sağlık verileri için açık rıza.
- KVKK m. 5/1 ve GDPR m. 6/1(a): kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ve gerektiğinde analitik için rıza.
- KVKK m. 5/2(c) ve GDPR m. 6/1(b): sözleşmenin ifası için zorunlu işleme (Uygulamanın ve satın almaların sunulması).
- KVKK m. 5/2(ç) ve GDPR m. 6/1(c): hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi.
- KVKK m. 5/2(f) ve GDPR m. 6/1(f): meşru menfaat (güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, hata ayıklama).
4. İşleme Amaçları
- Uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak ve kayıtlarınızı korumak.
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek; verileri senkronize etmek.
- Topluluk özelliklerini işletmek ve moderasyonunu yapmak.
- Satın alma ve abonelikleri sunmak ve doğrulamak.
- Güvenlik, hata tespiti ve hizmet iyileştirme.
- Destek taleplerine yanıt vermek ve hukuki yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek.
5. Aktarılan Taraflar ve Yurt Dışına Aktarım
Kişisel veriler yalnızca Gizlilik Politikasında listelenen hizmet sağlayıcılara (barındırma, analitik, çökme raporlama, satın alma doğrulama, uygulama mağazaları ve varsa reklam) ve yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili kamu kurumlarına aktarılır. Bazı sağlayıcılar yurt dışında faaliyet gösterdiğinden veriler, KVKK m. 9 ve GDPR Bölüm V uyarınca, gerektiğinde açık rızanıza ve standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi uygun güvencelere dayanılarak Türkiye ve AEA dışına aktarılabilir.
6. Saklama Süresi
Veriler yukarıdaki amaçlar için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır: cihaz üzerindeki veriler siz silene kadar; sunucu verileri hesabınızı veya içeriğinizi silene kadar (talepler 30 gün içinde tamamlanır); satın alma kayıtları vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatındaki kanuni süre boyunca anonim olarak.
7. Haklarınız (KVKK m. 11 / GDPR m. 15–22)
- kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse bilgi talep etme;
- işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme;
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme;
- eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme;
- KVKK m. 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme;
- düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme;
- münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme;
- kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme;
- rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri alma ve veri taşınabilirliği (GDPR).
8. Başvuru Yöntemi
Talebinizi, adınızı, Uygulamada kullandığınız e-posta adresini ve kullanmak istediğiniz hakkı belirterek “KVKK başvurusu — Koza” konusuyla forcellmobileapps@gmail.com adresine gönderin. KVKK m. 13 uyarınca başvurunuz ücretsiz olarak en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Başvurunuz reddedilir veya yanıtsız kalırsa Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
