Alertify Account & Data Deletion

Effective: October 3, 2026 · Version 1.1

In compliance with the Google Play Data Safety and Account Deletion policy and Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v).

Users of the Alertify mobile application (“Alertify: Alarm Clock”, the “App”) can permanently delete all in-app records and any personal data linked to them at any time. Use whichever method below suits you.

1. Data on your device

Alertify does not require an account; your records live only on your device. Delete them inside the App, clear the App’s storage in your device settings, or uninstall the App. No copy is kept on our servers.

2. Request deletion by e-mail

If the App is no longer installed, you cannot access your device, or you want data held by us or our service providers removed, send a request. Verified requests are completed within 30 days and you receive a confirmation e-mail.

Choose a scope (you can combine them):

Delete analytics and diagnostic data linked to my device
Delete purchase records linked to my anonymous app user ID

Send a pre-filled deletion request (opens your e-mail app) or write to forcellmobileapps@gmail.com including:

the e-mail address or username you use in the App;
the scope of deletion you want;
your device and platform (iOS / Android), to help us match provider records.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the same e-mail address to verify your identity. We do not ask for passwords.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

Data category	Status	Details
Alarms, history, special days, preferences	Deleted	Stored only on your device; removed when you delete them, clear app data or uninstall.
Analytics & diagnostics	Deleted	Deletion requested from the provider for identifiers you report to us; otherwise kept for the provider’s standard retention period.
Purchase records	Retained (legal)	Transaction records are kept in anonymised form for the statutory tax and accounting period.
