3rd trimester · Week 34

A more mature nervous system
Central nervous system pathways are more organized. Lungs are more capable than a month ago but still benefit from more time. Nursery setup can wait; documents and a ride-to-hospital plan matter more.

Tips for this week
Ask about Group B strep timing (often 36–37 weeks) and when weekly visits start. If you have pelvic girdle pain, plan rest stops rather than long standing. Seek care for reduced movements, bleeding, or a fever.
