Nausea may ease for some and persist for others (including hyperemesis, which needs treatment). The uterus is rising toward the pelvic brim. You may notice more saliva or nosebleeds.
Tips for this week
If you cannot keep food down, say so — treatment exists. Combined screening is often offered this week or next. Discuss your medicines again as doses sometimes change. Gentle activity is fine if bleeding and pain are absent and your clinician agrees.
