The App is developed and operated by Forcell ("Developer", "we", "Data Controller") and is published on Google Play under the developer account BLACK PULSE. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, who it is shared with and what rights you have.

1. About the Game

Trade Story is a stock market simulation game. All money, companies, prices and news in the game are fictional. The App does not handle real money trading, does not connect to any brokerage or bank account and does not provide financial or investment advice.

2. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Trade Story does not require an account or sign-in. The following data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers:

• Game saves (balances, holdings, positions, perks and progress in your save slots),
• Settings and preferences (language, sound, onboarding status).

3. Data Collected Automatically

To operate, measure and improve the App, the following data is collected through third-party services:

• Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, screen views, crash logs, device model, operating system version, app version, language and approximate region (derived from IP address). Collected through Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
• Purchase information: purchase and subscription status, product identifiers and an anonymous app user ID, processed by RevenueCat together with Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. We never receive your card or payment details.
• Advertising data: advertising identifier (where permitted), IP address and ad interaction data, collected by Google AdMob to show and measure ads.

4. How We Use Data

• To run the game and keep your progress,
• To provide and verify in-app purchases,
• To find and fix crashes and improve performance,
• To understand which features are used, in aggregated form,
• To show ads, personalized only if you give consent.

5. Permissions

• Internet: to load ads, remote settings and purchases,
• Advertising ID (Android) and App Tracking Transparency (iOS): used for advertising; asked before any personalized advertising.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers below, each under its own privacy policy:

Data may be processed on servers outside your country. We may disclose data if required by law.

7. Retention and Deletion

Game data stored on your device is deleted when you delete a save slot, clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Analytics and diagnostic data is kept by the service providers for their standard retention periods. To request deletion of data linked to your device, email us at the address below.

8. Advertising Choices

You can change your privacy choices in the App settings where the law requires it, withdraw ad consent, or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

9. Children

Trade Story is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights

Under GDPR, KVKK and other applicable laws you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Contact us to use these rights.

11. Security and Changes

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
